SNAP: SPACEFON UNIQUE PREPAID ROAMING SOLUTIONS

One of the peculiar characteristics of mobile telecommunications in Africa is that over 95 percent subscribers are signed on prepaid services, popularly called Pay As You Go. But this has made roaming services difficult for subscribers because, the owner of GSM technology only provide roaming facilities for post-paid services.
