“I see a future where we need not visit a banking hall to transact banking business’’-

What do you have to say about the performance of Access Bank’s first ever industry Multi-card ATM?

This exceptional  feature on our ATM’s has enjoyed wide patronage from Visa International cardholders who are mainly clients of foreign banks with over 20 percent of foreigners who visit Nigeria accessing their account using Visa and MasterCard.

Access Bank has this surging interest in e-banking business, can you please throw more light on what has necessitated this?

Electronic banking lowers   cost for business. The more payments they can process electronically, the less they spend on paper and postage. Offering electronic payment can also help businesses improve customer retention. A customer is more likely to return to the same e-commerce site where his or her information has already been entered and stored.

Driving this electronic revolution are changes in consumer behaviours, rapid technological advances and intense industry competition that have placed extraordinary pressure on the country’s banking sector to modernize and reform.

To this extent, Access Bank has totally revamped its entire banking offering to include customer-centric e-banking products. Our e-banking offering like internet banking, SMS banking, account activity alerts, bill and salary payment solutions, schools management portals amongst etc is already re-defining banking habits in this environment. .

Our ATMs today rank top in terms of activity with over 80 percent of its users being other banks’ customers.  That confirms the reliability and the confirmation that Access Bank ATM truly never sleeps!
